Delivery notice

The following delivery and returns conditions apply to your use of the Audiomark Ltd website and services. All delivery prices are quoted on a product by product basis. In this way, we can guarantee the appropriate delivery carrier for each item based on its weight, price, and uniqueness.

Delivery costs

Items £50 and less are shipping via either Royal Mail or another suitable carrier. All items are insured and will required a signature on delivery.

Items £50 or move are personalised delivery quote only. This ensures we’re matching your goods to the correct delivery method.

Vintage audio consists of extremely rare and irreplaceable items – for this reason, we will offer you the best shipping option to ensure your goods arrive safely.

Unless otherwise stated, all delivery costs are determined by the weight and size of the product(s) ordered and the location of the delivery. At checkout, the only delivery option available is ‘Collect at store’, please get in touch for a personalised quote.

Depending on your location, different shipping options may be available. Please contact us to discuss your delivery options.

Buying before getting a delivery quotation

You’re free to buy the item if you want to ensure it doesn’t sell, then proceed to get a personalised delivery quote after your purchase. We can usually find a delivery option that works for both Audiomark and you (the customer) in 99.5% of cases.

We will offer a 100% refund if you are not satisfied with the delivery options.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be credited back to the original payment method.

Ordering and dispatch

Please note that unless otherwise specified in the item description, we aim to dispatch all orders within two working days (Monday through Friday).

We will do our utmost to keep you informed of any delays in this time period by email, but unforeseen circumstances are sometimes unavoidable.

Returns

Returns

Serial numbers are noted on the invoice prior to any items being dispatched, to avoid any confusion if you split to return an item and to ensure the items sold and those returned are the same.

Before dispatch, each product is fully checked and tested to ensure it’s as in the condition advertised.

Items are also photographed before and after being packaged.

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or damaged, please refer to the following return policy. You must notify us as soon as possible in writing by email if you find your product damaged upon arrival before you can return it. We must be notified of any faulty or damaged product within 7 working days of delivery.

The products will be fully inspected before any exchange or refund is made and we reserve the right to refuse to accept a return that is not faulty, returned outside of the 7 days, returned in an unsatisfactory condition, or damaged by you due to misuse and not following the instructions on how to use the product(s). In this case, the items will be returned to you, and you may have to pay the return shipping charges.

Distance selling regulations

We must be notified via email or phone if you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery (as per movement guidelines). 

If you cancel within 14 days, you are responsible for covering the delivery costs.
